REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, email us at contact@chokhicreation.in within 48 hours of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back with us in original, unworn condition with tags intact, we'll issue your refund as a coupon code equal to the value of your order, valid for 1 year from the date of issue — redeemable on any future purchase at Chokhi Creations. We currently do not refund back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings marked as final sale, custom or made-to-order pieces, and items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
