REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, email us at contact@chokhicreation.in within 3 days of delivery, stating your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back with us in original, unworn condition with tags intact, you can choose one of the following:

- Refund to your original payment method (for prepaid orders), processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item, or
- Store credit as a coupon code equal to the value of your order, valid for 1 year from the date of issue, redeemable on any future purchase at Chokhi Creations.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as store credit, since there is no original payment method to reverse the charge to.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund you to your original payment method (where applicable) or offer a free replacement, regardless of the above.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings marked as final sale, custom or made-to-order pieces, and items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case Chokhi Creations will bear the cost.
